Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ORLY color; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that products are in their original packaging and have been used only minimally to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the nail lacquers or treatments in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
